This was pretty frustrating and stressful. However, when we reached out to Mae fence, they did come out and they moved the fence to the correct location when the weather was better. Showed up on time for the estimate, which is always appreciated in today’s business. Kevin was amazing to work with from the start — talked us through the design, spacing and examples as we took out existing fencing and replaced with a privacy fence and new trash can area. The workers who came out for installation did an amazing job and checked with us throughout the process to make sure the gates opened the way we wanted. We did have two different sized post toppers that we didn’t notice until after they had left…but I called and scheduled for them to come back and replace the smaller toppers with the bigger size.   • "My husband and I have abhorred our fence since we bought our house, and it only got worse over time (see the photos 🫣). Once it started leaning badly and boards were falling off, we knew it was time to get it replaced. I obtained a few fence quotes, but Mae Fence Company felt like a good fit for our needs and the lead time was only 4-6 weeks. We opted for a tan vinyl privacy fence since our prior wood fence was in shambles and I didn't wanna go through that again, lol. Tyler, our sales rep, answered all of my good and silly questions in a professional manner and made us confident with our choices. The team arrived around 9 am and was all wrapped up by 5 pm. They made sure to clean up after themselves and swept off our driveway since it got a bit muddy from the rain. Overall, we love the results and we're excited to host backyard gatherings without wondering if our fence will fall over if someone bumps into it. 🤣 Lastly, now the raccoon can't lift the boards anymore to steal all my bird seed. 😅"
